Our Tour Cancellation Policy at Bartlett's Ocean View Farm is as follows: Tours will proceed in rain or shine, but if we must cancel a tour due to extreme weather or unforeseeable events, we will work with you to schedule a new reservation that suits both parties. For cancellations, we offer a full refund for any cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment via email or phone call. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made 3 days or less before a tour reservation.
