Plein Air Festival

The Plein Air Festival is back again for the 12th year here on Nantucket. The event will run from June 13 – June 18 and will conclude with the presentation of the Frank Swift Chase Awards on Sunday, June 18, 5 P.M. at the Big Gallery, upstairs at 12 Straight Wharf. Plein Air Nantucket is open to all artists, at any skill level, who wish to paint in the fresh air and pristine scenery of the island and enjoy the camaraderie of painting with peers. There is no fee to participate or attend. Sign-up starts June 13, and the public is always welcome.
