Chef Paul will create a night of taste, humor and laughter sharing stories of his adventure in Turkey as he demonstrates Turkish dishes.

Menu highlights:

• Turkish style fried calamari with tarator sauce
• Beef kofte patties with cool cucumber sauce
• Lamp chops grilled with smoked eggplant purée, sumac, fresh herbs and garlic
• Chilled Tomato and eggplant salad with 24hour yogurt cheese
